Home Plan Improvements’ founder, Emerson Orlando, is a CIOB Chartered Construction Manager with a degree in Construction Management with Prince2 Practitioner and numerous other certifications.
He is the third generation in the construction business with several technical certifications over many years of hands-on experience acquiring a wealth of technical knowledge enabling him to ably deal with the logistical and technical issues as they arise.
Emerson started his Project Manager career abroad in the Windows and Doors sector of the construction industry, expanding later on to the general building sector including industrial, commercial, and high-end residential projects.
Focused on residential and light commercial projects, Home Plan Improvements has partnered with reputable builders and architects to be able to offer a great refurbishment experience while delivering an outstanding result.
